Refund policy

InBody Shop UK

We hope that you will be satisfied with your InBody product,  however should the need arise to return your product or should your product develop a fault, please refer to the relevant policy below:

Standard Returns Policy

InBody Shop UK accepts returns as per the UK distance selling regulations.

Should you decide that you would like to return your order, you are entitled to a refund as long as you notify us within 14 days of the date on which you receive the goods with your intent to do so. This is also subject to the product being returned in a resaleable condition.

To cancel your order please contact the InBody UK customer service team using the online form by clicking here.

Upon receipt of your request, InBody UK will contact you back with written approval, a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number and a returns label. Full instruction will be given on how to send your product back to us. Products must be returned in the original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. You will have 14 days in which to return your product from receipt of the returns label and must cover the cost of the postage to do so.  No returns will be accepted without our prior written authorisation and you will be liable for the product until it is received by InBody UK.

If the returned product is received damaged we may refuse the return. We may also make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of any unnecessary handling by you.

Once received and inspected,  InBody UK will refund you for the cost of the goods and if applicable will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us within 14 days of receipt.

Faulty / Damaged Goods – First 30 Days

In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, InBody UK will offer you either an exchange or refund as long as you notify us within 30 days of the date that your product is delivered to you.

Upon receipt of your notification, InBody UK will contact you back with written approval, a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number and a returns label. Full instruction will be given on how to send your product back to us.

You will have 30 days in which to return your product from receipt of the returns label and must cover the cost of the postage to do so. For a refund or exchange, apart from the reported fault/damage, the product must be in an otherwise ‘new’ condition and in the original packaging.  No returns will be accepted without our written authorisation and you will be liable for the product until it is received by InBody UK.

Once received, InBody UK reserves the right to inspect and verify the fault. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, physical abuse, misuse, normal deterioration and opening of the hardware itself (broken seal). Result inaccuracy due to interference or ‘Noise’ is not classed as a malfunction. Once inspected we will either send you a new product or refund you for the cost of the goods and if applicable will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us.

Product Warrantly Guidelines & Claims process:

Your InBody consumer product (InBody DIAL H20N and InBody BAND 2) is covered by a 1 year (365 day) consumer warranty. The warranty commences on the date that the product is delivered to you. Please note that InBody DIAL H20N and InBody BAND 2 are not intended for commercial use and are therefore not covered by a commercial warranty. All warranty claims must be submitted in accordance to the instructions below.

If a fault develops with your InBody product outside of the initial 30 days of ownership but within the product warranty period, please contact the InBody UK customer service team using the online form by clicking here.

Upon receipt of your notification, InBody UK will contact you back with written approval, a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number and a returns label. Full instruction will be given on how to send your product back to us and you must cover the cost of postage to do so.

No returns will be accepted without our written authorisation and you will be liable for the product until it is received by InBody UK.

Please note that your product warranty covers any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship or device malfunction for the InBody product. Once received, InBody UK reserves the right to inspect and verify the fault. The warranty does not cover, accident, neglect, physical abuse, misuse, normal deterioration and opening of the hardware itself (broken seal). Result inaccuracy due to interference or ‘Noise’ is not classed as a malfunction. Devices must be purchased directly from InBody UK or an authorised retailer.

After investigation, in the event of a defect, InBody may either repair the original device or replace the device with new. You will be informed accordingly.
