Check your full-body balance and spot muscle imbalances. Monitoring your body balance is essential for identifying muscle imbalances between your left and right sides, as well as upper and lower body.

See Where Your Strength Stands

InBody H40 gives you a clear, segmented view of muscle development, labeling each area as Balanced, Slightly Unbalanced, or Extremely Unbalanced. Identify where imbalances exist and focus on targeted improvements for better symmetry and strength.

The scales are really well made and look great in our bathroom

The scales are really well made and look great in our bathroom. They are easy to use and have reassuring repeatability and can still detect change. The App is pretty good but could be better in two small ways. For me, hip to waist ratio is way out and when a muscular imbalance is indicated, there is no way to see whether the upper or lower body has more muscle.
